Step 2:

Second step is building the query.
Tags(Columns) that contained within the report and selection criteria of values are specified here.

Tags(Columns) is selected from the list located at right side. Multiple tag can be selected by pressing CTRL key.

Left side Starting Row section has column and comparing tag selection fields for specifying starting row for the records that will fetched.
Ending Row section has column and comparing tag selection fields for the specifying ending row for the records that will fetched.

For example, according to selection in the bottom image, fetched data will include DateTime, Temperature1, Power1, Temperature2, Power2 columns. And this data will be between the dates of DT and DT2.
Determining Tags for the report
Step 3:

Query can be edited in code level in this step. Previously defined Query automatically created in SQL Query String box.

Query in the SQL Query String box will be saved and used for creating report. Another SQL query that developed by programmer can be used as well.

Later operations made in this step for testing query and proceeding next step.

Automatically created query
Calculated Query
Query runs when clicked on Execute Query button. Fetched data shown in Query Result datagrid.
Calculate Query button puts tag values to the place of tag names(DT and DT2) in the query and prints it to the SQL Query String With Value box. (Please review Using Tags in the SQL Queries section at the bottom of this page.)

Executed Query

Runtime and Export settings of the Report
Step 4:

Last step made up by two section.
Report Settings For Runtime Screen contains settings about displaying report on the runtime screen.
Export Settings contains settings about exporting report.
Runtime Displaying settings of the report
Report Settings For Runtime Screen:

Contains selection about screen that will export the Report and settings of appearance of the report.
Datagrid and chart's appearance will be inherited to exported report.(Datagrid's font, row backcolor and Chart's color etc.)

Report must be associated least one datagrid or chart object for exporting it. Object's can be hide by setting sizes to minimum If it is not desired to display them on the screen.

Select Screen: Screen for containing and exporting.

Show On Datagrid: Check if Report will be represented in Datagrid object.

Select Datagrid On Selected Screen: Specifies datagrid object for containing Report.

Show On Chart: Determines if Report represented in Chart Object.

Select Chart On Selected Screen: Specifies Chart object for displaying report data.

Select Tag For X Axis Of Selected Chart: Specifies tag that will represented in X axis of the Chart. (Check Chart's X axis data type from Chart Wizard's - Axes page that is suitable as DateTime or Numeric.)

Export Settings:

Export Settings made up by two tab page about exporting report in PDF or Excel file.

PDF Tab:

E-Mail list created in Control Panel - SMS & E-Mail tab.

Report Manager Toolstrip:

When configuration completed it must be saved by clicking on Save button. Template name dialog box will be shown for giving name. Save As button saves the template in different name.

Saved templates can be selected from left combobox on toolstrip.

Second combobox is the cross reference combobox that indicates which objects call report templates in the screen.

Delete button deletes the selected template.
Report can be created in runtime by adding template name to object function list in the screen designer.

Adding Report Template to Function List
Export to PDF: Check if Report will exported in PDF format.

Storage Folder: Determines folder for creating PDF report.

Show PDF After Creating Report: Check this option to show PDF file after creating Report.

Send PDF by E-Mail After Creating Report: Check this option If report will be sent by email after creating it. Select recipients from the right side Select E-Mail section.
Export To Excel: Check if Report will exported in Excel format

Create New: Check this option if report created in new Excel file.

From Template: Check this option if report file created with existing file content. Select source file from Source File field.

Show Excel After Creating Report: Check this option to show Excel file after creating Report.

Send Excel File by E-Mail After Creating Report: Check this option If report will be sent by email after creating it. Select recipients from the right side Select E-Mail section.
Using Tags in the SQL Queries:

Colums in the report and bounding rows can be set dynamically by using tags in the query.

Selecting Columns Dynamically in Query:

When tag names written with Square Brackets with Single Quote in place of column names, the columns with the tag names will be fetched.
Determining Bound Rows with the Tag:

Comparision made with the tags(DT, DT2) by written them in single quote.

Step 1:

Because of Historical datas located in SQL Server, firstly SQL Server connection and database selection should made.
Server address should be written with instance name(WINTR) in Server Name field.
Login and Password should be written in related fields for accessing SQL Server. (Default Login-Password: 'sa' - '12341234')
Test button can be used for testing connection.

DataBase Listing button lists databases in theSQL Server.

The database that will be used in Report is selected from Select Database combobox.
E-Mail list created in Control Panel - SMS & E-Mail tab.
Report added to object's function by selecting Template Name in the Create Report combobox and clicking right arrow button in the function window.

Created reports saved as Template and they can be called from other objects and displayed as list representation at Datagrid and Chart representation at Chart object.
Additionaly reports can be exported as PDF or Excel file. Chart representation can be added to PDF report.
